Return and refund policy
Thank you for shopping with GOHIGHER. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how returns and refunds work for orders delivered to countries in the European Union (EU).
1. Eligibility for returns

You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order, in line with the EU consumer “right of withdrawal,” unless an exception applies (for example, final sale items clearly marked as non‑returnable).

To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging attached.
2. How to start a return

Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.
3. Return shipping costs

Unless otherwise stated or required by local law, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
4. VAT, customs duties and import charges on the original order

Orders shipped to the EU are sent on a Delivered at Place (DAP/DDU) basis, meaning prices at checkout do not include import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees charged when the parcel enters your EU country.

Any import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees you pay to the courier, postal operator, or customs authority are not collected by GOHIGHER and are generally non‑refundable by GOHIGHER. You may contact your local customs office to check if any portion of these charges can be reclaimed directly.
5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for the price you paid for the returned item(s), minus any applicable return shipping fees as described above.

Original outbound shipping costs are normally non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error or is required to be refunded by applicable EU consumer law.
6. Non‑returnable items

Certain items may be marked as final sale or non‑returnable at the time of purchase. These items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or otherwise required to be accepted by law.

For hygiene or safety reasons, some categories (for example, worn underwear or damaged items due to misuse) may not be eligible for return.
7. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos and your order number.

Where the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair (if applicable), or full refund, and we will cover any reasonable return shipping costs as required by law.
8. Parcels refused or not collected (VAT/duties unpaid)

If you refuse to pay EU import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees, or if you do not collect your parcel and it is returned to us, any return shipping, customs storage, or related costs charged to GOHIGHER may be deducted from your refund.

If the parcel is abandoned or destroyed by customs due to non‑payment of charges, GOHIGHER may be unable to issue any refund.
9. Exchange policy

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change size, color, or style, please return your item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
